 Michael concentrates on our K-12 customers, doing both sales and support work. For five years, he worked for our sister company, Virtual Town Hall, doing sales, training, and support for 170 cities and towns, who use FirstClass to manage their websites. Michael is particularly skilled in building websites using FirstClass.
Michael's background includes 20 years experience working with information technology. He was a systems analyst, technical writer, and project manager for four different companies, whose products ranged from recycling tire rubber to billing systems for telephone companies.
His interest in education springs from the 12 years he spent in college, resulting in a BA in Philosophy and an MBA. He, his wife and son live in Brunswick.
