Mugs is uniquely qualified to assist our higher education customers, having spent more than 27 years working for Antioch New England Graduate School (ANE). She started her career at ANE as a user of computing services, in the registrar's office and admissions, before she switched over to the administrative computing side.
While at ANE, she brought in FirstClass to create an online, collaborative learning environment. Once ANE decided to provide FirstClass accounts to their students, she outsourced FirstClass to WhatIf (then called Info Tech). She finished her career at ANE as the Director of Operations for Information Systems & Academic Technology.
For Learning Networks, Mugs works with the higher education customers. She coordinates current projects, provides support for the tools being used, and keeps an eye on future projects/enhancements for each institution.
Mugs lives in New Hampshire with her husband, oldest daughter, and only grandchild. She is an avid walker, likes to sing, and enjoys kayaking on the Connecticut River.
