Learning Networks was established as a division of WhatIf Networks in 1999. In 2002 it became Learning Networks, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of WhatIf Networks. Our sister company, Virtual Town Hall helps small and medium-sized municipalities build and manage better websites, including online services, and they create collaborative work environments for municipal employees using FirstClass.
